Historical Archaeology, Development Approvals and Permits, InterpretationClient:
GML developed and implemented a public information strategy for archaeological investigations at 200 George Street in Sydney’s CBD. To fulfil the Conditions of Consent for the project’s Section 140 Excavation Permit, GML produced signage, brochures and web-based information to tell the many stories of the site.
GML consultants developed content to explain the nature and extent of the archaeological investigations being undertaken at the site. GML’s interpretation team produced a range of professionally designed products, including hoarding signage and take away brochures to fit within the established site branding developed by Mirvac for the project. GML also assisted Mirvac by posting regular updates on the progress of the archaeological investigations on the GML website.
