GML is a gold standard employer of choice.
If you are looking for an inclusive and flexible workplace where clever and creative people work together on great client projects, GML might be the place for you.
We value independent thinking, fun and ideas. We are curious about the world and love learning from each other and from the people in the many sectors we work with. We are always interested to hear from talented people who are keen to make a difference.
Our central Sydney office was designed by leading modernist architect, Harry Seidler. It is column free, light, bright and airy, with city views from a north facing balcony, a large kitchen and break out area, and quiet room. In Canberra we have a landscape setting and are co-located with the Australian Institute of Architects in a heritage listed building designed by Bryce Mortlock in 1967.
At GML Heritage, we develop the best Australian graduates into skilled heritage professionals and effective project managers through our Graduate Program. The Program sets out a range of competencies from fieldwork to project management, research and report writing. It ensures our staff are well prepared and trained for their early careers while offering our clients high quality, consistent and professional service throughout their journey with GML.
Our principals, managers and other senior staff, particularly Claire Nunez and Abi Cryerhall in Sydney, and Rachel Jackson, Martin Rowney and Sarah Webeck in Canberra, closely guide our graduates, ensuring that their knowledge, skills and expertise are soundly applied in practice.
The GML Graduate Program is not currently open for applications. Future openings will be promoted on this page.
