Lifelong learning

At GML Heritage, we are always curious. We think there is always something new to discover about ourselves, our work and our world. We are committed to providing a continuous improvement program that not only helps our people master working life at GML Heritage, but also engages them in industry theory and practice and helps them maintain their wellbeing.

Our people learn from their colleagues and external speakers about new research, contemporary industry issues, use of software programs, self-care and wellbeing, contract reviews and Work Health and Safety.

Our commitment

GML Heritage is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We strive to create a workplace that reflects the rich diversity of the communities we serve, and we encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including First Nations people.

We believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce enhances our ability to deliver innovative solutions and provide exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. We welcome applications from individuals of all abilities, ages, gender identities, nationalities, races, religions, and sexual orientations.

In our commitment to reconciliation, we acknowledge the unique contribution that First Nations people bring to our organisation. We recognize the importance of creating a culturally safe and respectful workplace for our First Nations employees and encourage First Nations candidates to apply.

Our locations

In Canberra we have a landscape setting and are co-located with the Australian Institute of Architects in a heritage listed building designed by Bryce Mortlock in 1967. Our Melbourne office is a roomy terrace in Carlton, walking distance to Lygon Street and CBD.
