Shortlisted in NSW National Trust Heritage Awards 2019
“The National Trust has highlighted the best of the best in the conservation, education and advocacy in all facets of our heritage for quarter of a century,” said Debbie Mills, Chief Executive Officer of the National Trust (NSW).
There are no Academy Awards or Logies in the heritage industry. But there is the annual National Trust Heritage Awards.
Thanks to our great clients and project teams, we are excited that three GML projects have been shortlisted in the 2019 National Trust Heritage (NSW) Awards.
In their 25th year, the Awards are assessed by an independent panel and recognise excellence in heritage, celebrating and promoting heritage to the wider community.
GML projects shortlisted are:
- Portraits of New South Wales, commissioned by the Heritage Council of NSW, in the Heritage Publications category. We also see that Paddington: A History has been shortlisted in this category.
- City of Parramatta Archaeology Collection, commissioned by the City of Parramatta, in the Conservation Interiors and Objects category.
- Chinese Gardens of Friendship Conservation Management Plan, commissioned by Place Management NSW, in the Heritage Resources category.
The winners will be announced on 10 May 2019. Good luck to all.
