Manager, People and Culture
Anna Kearsley, Manager, People and Culture, provides operational and strategic human resources support and advice across the organisation.
She leads and oversees the firm’s human resources processes and services. Her responsibilities include leadership and management development, recruitment, training and organisational development, and policy and compliance as they relate to our human capital.
Prior to joining GML, Anna was director of human resources in the NSW public sector at Infrastructure NSW and has spent her career working in the arts, not-for-profit and corporate sectors in England and Australia.
