About Wayne Brennan
Wayne is an archaeologist of Gamilaraay decent, who specializes in Aboriginal rock art and has lived and conducted research in the Blue Mountains for over 35 years. He has worked as an education officer, researcher and remote fire fighter for the National Parks and Wildlife Service since 1987. He currently works as an Aboriginal heritage consultant and is a visiting research fellow with the Australian Museum, Sydney. Wayne has a passion for rock art conservation, ecology, and is strongly committed to his personal growth and the wellbeing of others, through connection with country and culture.
