International Projects

Beyond Australia, Godden Mackay Logan undertakes international projects relating to some of the world’s most important heritage places.

Through working partnerships with government and non-government agencies, such as UNESCO and the International Committee on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS), GML takes best-practice approaches to heritage conservation management and applies it to fragile places through assessing and monitoring World Heritage sites, undertaking research and assessing visitor impact.

In Cambodia, GML and the project partners of the Angkor Living with Heritage project, has analysed the Heritage Values and Issues for Angkor, the current World Heritage site. And in South Africa, GML has led heritage training for the Heritage Resources Agency and Department of Public Works.
